Take a Visual Tour of the Road to Hana Cottages Grounds

Five acres of lush tropical splendor await guests vacationing at the Road to Hana Cottages. The extensive grounds are well kept but not manicured so that you experience the wonder of the unspoiled, natural environment.

This is a large, country property with lush green foliage, vast blue sky and ocean views from many locations. There are trails to explore, too. Take a 2.5-mile loop walk or drive a short distance from the Road to Hana Cottages to visit waterfall pools for swimming.

On the property you can also visit the Tibetan Buddhist Stupa that was built by Lama Gyatrul Rinpoche in 1976. It was recently restored and is a lovely place to view sunrise, sunset, or the moon. The views from the stupa are spectacular overlook the ocean and Haleakala crater.
